Shipping times do not include the amount of time it takes to process an order before it is given to the shipping carrier. Orders can not be shipped to a P.O. Box. We strive to ship orders the same day if they are received prior to 5pm EST. Expedited orders will ship according to the method you select at checkout. Flat rate shipment options will usually ship UPS Ground or similar, but may be shipped by the method determined best by Global Web Supply, LLC. Tracking numbers for shipments if applicable are available after we process our end of day shipment. You may access tracking numbers for your order at http://www.globalwebsupply.com/status/ by logging in with your order number and shipping zip code.

All Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the consumer.

Special and promotional shipping options including free next day, free second day, and flat rate options are available only when order is being shipped to the United States.

Returns Policy

All product returns must be initiated within five days from the date the product was received. You are responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. Original order shipping costs are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be received back into our warehouse within two weeks of receipt of your RMA number to qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in their original condition including:

- Packaging
- Documentation
- Warranty cards and manuals
- Accessories

Returned items must be unused and unopend to qualify for a refund. Processing may take up to two weeks after we receive the items to process your refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
