| Prior to using the Etré Nail Care System, you should remove any nail polish and wash and dry your hands. Start by shaping your nails using the long black nail file. File from the corner of your nail towards the center. This should be done in one direction, not back-and-forth. Once your nails reach the desired shape, follow the steps below.
One: Start buffing the nail using the light black strip on the Etré buffer. Buff each nail in one direction for 10-15 seconds. This treatment smoothes the nail surface and should be repeated every three to four weeks, as necessary.
Two: Next, use the white strips on the top of the Etré buffer on each nail for 10-15 seconds. Use a back-and-forth motion for the best results. This treatment will stimulate nail growth and remove all remaining scratches.
Three: Using the gray strip on the bottom of the Etré buffer, continue buffing each nail for 10-15 seconds or until you reach a glossy shine. Repeat this often to make dull nails sparkle.
Four: Apply one drop of the cuticle oil treatment to each cuticle. Rub in thoroughly. Be sure to push back the cuticle and allow it to absorb the oil and breathe. Daily use will help avoid cracking and dry cuticles.
Five: Finally, apply the Etré lotion to moisturize your hands. This can be used daily and is recommended to keep your hands hydrated and smooth.
Please Note: For toe nails, it is optional to use the course dark strip before following steps one through five listed above. The strip is not recommended for your finger nails.
